Development of a masterplan for a former industrial site adjacent to the centre of the borough of Blumenthal in Bremen.

While the site benefits from a waterfront and a rich heritage of industrial buildings, it is also home to large unsightly metal sheds which are still used by businesses and have to be retained.

The proposed masterplan is designed to guide development that makes use of the site’s assets, integrates existing uses and caters for new uses. The phased development allows for adaptions to meet changing demand
