Masterplan and regeneration framework for a housing estate that suffers from poor urban design and poor accessibilty. The brief for the framework and masterplan required the preservation of some existing buildings while parts of the estate were earmarked for demolition and new development.

The framework provided general guidance for future development and the masterplan defined the future layout, housing types and character of new distinguishable quarters within the estate.
