Consultancy for Ursula Arnold-Cramer, local councillor in Bremen: Evaluation of plans for the transformation of a former industrial site in Northern Bremen with focus on a land use change and the preservation of the historic industrial architecture. The commission involved the production of case studies of similar projects to inform the work on the masterplan for the site.

Another project for Ms. Arnold-Cramer was the evaluation of the masterplan for the site of Bremen Mitte hospital and its surroundings. The hospital required renovation and modernization and additional property development was proposed on the site.
